Super Freezing to Thawing
Preserving the quality and freshness of KIN’s Super Frozen products at home is a straightforward process that can be handled in a few easy steps, whether a loin or smaller Saku block.
Step 1
Take your KIN product from its carton, but keep in the cryovac bags. Store in 0-4 degree refrigeration. Loins will take 12-15 hours to defrost, and Saku blocks just 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Then remove product from cryovac bag and pat dry.
Step 3
Place wrapped product in an airtight container in the coldest part of your fridge
Step 4
Consumer within three days of defrosting and removing from cryovac bag
Do not refreeze your KIN products
